Jérémie Louis settled in Brittany. Its priority is summed up in a few words: select and favor local producers, sublimate seasonal products, combine modernity and traditional cuisine while respecting the product and its flavors. These are her challenges for responsible cooking, "tasteful" cuisine, unpretentious but rich aromas. Always looking for perfection, this 32-year-old chef shares his passion with a team of enthusiasts.
